- Both parents of the applicant must hold foreign citizenship and the applicant must have graduated
  or be expecting to graduate from a domestic or foreign undergraduate program
- The applicant must also hold foreign citizenship and have completed an elementary, secondary, and
  tertiary education overseas comparable to the Korean equivalent
PhD program - Both parents of the applicant must hold foreign citizenship and the applicant must have graduated
  or be expecting to graduate from a domestic or foreign undergraduate program
- The applicant must also hold foreign citizenship and have completed an elementary, secondary,
  tertiary, and graduate education overseas comparable to the Korean equivalent
  Admissions tracks :
  Normal graduate programs
  Application dates :
  Applications : Early May and November annually
  Matriculation : September of the same year
  March of the next year
1. Document review
2. Department-specific scholastic aptitude review: Document review and an interview
3. Admissions will also be screened by the university administration and the graduate school review board
